Normally when you close a manifest the PDF file is downloaded automatically. However, in some cases the page fails to load, for example if there was an internet outage, and the manifest is not downloaded automatically. Since the manifest already processed you are not able to close the manifest again. This document shows you how to find the missing manifest.

Navigate to the Batches page

Find a batch that should have been part of the manifest.
Note that you will need to change the filter Status = Closed. To make finding the correct batch easier we have provided two columns: Manifest ID and Close Date (date/time when the manifest was generated)

Open the batch file and click on the "Download manifest" button
