When processing and printing, if your printer is printing duplicate labels you might have set two Techdinamics Print Clients using the same Printer Name and connected to the same printer.

You are able to connect as many Techdinamics Print Client installations to the same physical printer, with the condition that the Printer Names at the Print Client are different from each other:

To solve this issue:

FIRST: Verify that you don't have 2 or more Print Client installations using the same Printer Name and linked to the same physical printer.

If so:

1. Edit the Printer Name

2. Press Save to apply the changes
