techSHIP Standard supports:
- Allowing a techSHIP Administrator user to create regular users
NOTE: All the users will be set with access to all the techSHIP features other than creating new users.
If you need to limit or assign different sets or levels of permissions you can reach your Techdinamics sales manager to upgrade to techSHIP Plus/MultiSite to access the full set of permissions and managing tools

NOTE: This user type includes the Create Returns and Allow Desktop Reprint by default. Any other special rules/access/permissions require upgrading to techSHIP Plus or techSHIP Multisite.
To create a user you will have to:
1. Open the Maintenance dropdown
2. Click Portal Users
3. Click Add new user
4. Define the fields
- E-mail: E-mail which will be used to log into techSHIP
NOTE: The e-mail recipient will receive an automated message from Techdinamics to reset the password upon first access.
5. Press Save to create the user
