NOTE: The Royal Mail connection is handled by a third-party provider called Intersoft, who will manage the account connection and should provide you with parameters to set up the account.


When onboarding/adding a new Royal Mail account the following information needs to be provided and verified:

- Intersoft Royal Mail Password (Provided by Intersoft) 

- Application ID (Provided by Intersoft) 

- Service URL (Provided by Intersoft)

- Induction Address
