When setting up a E24 Metro Carrier account, you will have to:


NOTE: This article describes how to set up the Carrier baseline account.

CARRIER SECTION

1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers



2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list


3. Click the Accounts tab


4. Click Add Account



5. In General Options set:

  1. Name -> E24 Metro (might also include a suffix for a specific service setting)
  2. Usage mode -> Production 
  3. Status -> Active
  4. Label mode -> ZPL
  5. SCAC -> Carrier/SCAC code you're using in the WMS 


6. In Carrier Options set and Save:

  1. Key -> As provided by E24 Metro
  2. Client Code -> Client Code for which this connection will work for
  3. Pickup open time -> Warehouse pick up open time

  4. Pickup close time -> Warehouse pick up close time

  5. Pickup ready hours -> Amount of hours it will take you to be ready from your open time

  6. Weekends Mode (when closed): Saturday + Sunday or Sunday + Always Open -> Marked Closed (standard, could be different, always verify)

    - Ignore weekends: Weekend days are considered like any other week day

    - Saturday and Sunday: Saturday and Sunday are blocked from operation

    - Sunday: Sunday is blocked from operation, while Saturday is considered like any other week day

  7. Sender address info -> Warehouse induction address
