When setting up a Flagship Carrier account, you will have to: 


NOTE: This article describes how to set up the Carrier baseline account.
If the Carrier baseline account has already been set up and you intend to add a new Billing Account, refer to: How to add and set up a Flagship Billing Account [Step-by-Step guide]




CARRIER SECTION


1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers


2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list


3. Click the Accounts tab


4. Click Add Account



5. In General Options set:

  1. Name -> Flagship
  2. Usage mode -> Production
  3. Status -> Active
  4. Label mode -> ZPL
  5. SCAC -> Carrier/SCAC code you're using in the WMS 



6. In Carrier Options set and Save:


  1. Token -> As provided by Flagship
  2. Contact E-mail -> E-mail associated with the Flagship Account
  3. Contact Phone  -> Phone associated with the Flagship Account
  4. Pickup open time -> Warehouse pick up open time

  5. Pickup close time -> Warehouse pick up close time

  6. Pickup ready hours -> Amount of hours it will take you to be ready from your open time

  7. Weekends Mode (when closed): Saturday + Sunday or Sunday + Always Open -> Marked Closed (standard, could be different, always verify)
    - Ignore weekends: Weekend days are considered like any other week day
    - Saturday and Sunday: Saturday and Sunday are blocked from operation
    - Sunday: Sunday is blocked from operation, while Saturday is considered like any other week day

  8. Sender Address -> Complete with the Warehouse (also check Pickup at warehouse if this will be the definitive pickup address)
