Depending on how your techSHIP portal has been set up, it will update your WMS system with the processed and/or closed order information when the orders are effectively processed, or manifested if real time updating is not available or selected.


WARNING: Note that this process will impact performance. Use this feature when the configuration has been changed, or there have been changes on the WMS side.



In case techSHIP should have updated your WMS system according to that setup, but it has not, you can manually Re-Run the process, forcing it to complete.


There are two ways to run the forced update:

A) Re-Run the update for all the orders under a Manifest ID

B) Re-Run the update one order at a time if required


The steps for each case are the following:


ALL THE ORDERS UNDER THE SAME MANIFEST ID


1. Click Orders in the top menu

2. Select Manifest History 

3. Click Rerun WMS Update on the line of the Manifest ID which didn't update back  

4. Confirm the action



INDIVIDUAL ORDERS 


1. Click Orders in the top menu

2. Select Orders History 

3. Click Rerun WMS Update on the order line which didn't update back  

4. Confirm the action
