To begin using the techSHIP Mobile Application, you need to authenticate.

Logging into the application can be done in two different ways, using either:

  • E-mail and Password
  • User Key


NOTE: Remember to select the portal/domain previously registered (see Configuration View). If you haven't registered any portal yet, follow the steps at How to set up and connect to a techSHIP Mobile Portal [Step-by-step guide] to do so.


To do so, you will have to:


1. Select the portal/domain you will connect to


2. Select the type of authentication you will use and enter the information (either type username and password on each field, or scan the User Key QR as provided by the techSHIP Administrator)


3. Press Sign In to complete the process
