When onboarding/adding a new SkuVault portal the following information needs to be provided and verified:
- SkuVault URL
- SkuVault Tenant Token
- SkuVault User Token
- SkuVault Client (typically "Techship" or similar spelling, as defined in the WMS)
- SkuVault Warehouse ID
Note that for Trackings to work in SkuVault connections, whenever you set up Carrier accounts you need to complete the Tracking url format field.
If this field is not set in the General Options tab each time you set a new account up, tracking numbers will not be
handled properly. To know which URLs to use (value to complete), reach your respective Carrier Representative for guidance.
WARNING: Any missing or non-validated, incorrect setup or information will delay the setup process.
