When setting up a Amazon Carrier account, you will have to:

WARNING: This carrier is NOT suitable for Rate Shopping against other carriers, since it doesn't provide cost estimates.


WARNING: Orders through this connection need to be shipped within the day they were processed on, and will not get picked up by any carrier, they need to be delivered by the warehouse to an Amazon facility.

CARRIER SECTION

1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers



2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list


3. Click the Accounts tab


4. Click Add Account



5. In General Options set:

  1. Name -> Amazon SP Inbound
  2. Usage mode -> Production (if you will use it in production mode) 
  3. Status -> Active
  4. Label mode -> ZPL
  5. SCAC -> Carrier/SCAC code you're using in the WMS 



6. In Carrier Options set and Save:

  1. Access Key/Secret -> API Username and Password
  2. Client ID/Secret -> Amazon Selling Partner Merchant Fulfillment Client ID and password
  3. Refresh Token -> Token required by Amazon
  4. Token ARN -> Typically arn:aws:iam::[Numeric Identifier]:role/TechSHIP
  5. Marketplace Id -> Complete with your Amazon Marketplace ID
  6. Email/Phone -> Complete with your company contact information
  7. Sender address info -> Warehouse induction address
