In some cases, you may prefer to generate labels in PDF format instead of physically printing labels directly to a Thermal Printer from the techSHIP Desktop Client application.

To configure the application to operate this way, you have to:
1) Open the techSHIP Desktop Client Settings section
2) Click on the Printer section
3) Select Microsoft Print to PDF as the Thermal Printer option
4) Press Save to apply the changes
NOTE: If you wish to generate every document in PDF format, you can set the Carriers' Baseline Accounts to "Convert ZPL to PDF". If this box is checked, every label received in ZPL format, will convert into PDF.
