By default, techSHIP groups processed orders under a single Manifest ID.

Once that Manifest is closed, a new Manifest ID will be generated for future orders.

Nevertheless, there are cases where you might need a unique Manifest ID per order.

If such is the case, you can change the default manifest mode (Batch ID) to Master Manifest ID.

Sometimes customers will encounter issue like system generating one manifest for each order. 

Once set up that way, your manifests will look like this, being one per order:

To do so, you will have to:

1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers

2. Click the Carrier related to the case

3. Click the Accounts tab

4. Click Edit in the row of the baseline account related to the case 

5. Change the Manifest mode from Batch id to Master manifest id

6. Prese Save to apply the changes
