When onboarding/adding a new techSHIP Carrier account the following information needs to be provided and verified:

- Target Portal Client API Access Key
- Target Portal Client API Secret Key
- Target Portal Client Code
- Region Code (Target Portal Datacenter)
- Induction Address

1. That the Access Key and Secret, as well as the Client Code have been retrieved.
