When setting up FedEx Ground Economy Shipping (originally Smartpost), you might need to add it as part of your Rate Shopping options.
To do so, there are specific requirements to be met in terms of size and weights, given by limitations set by FedEx.
As a general rule, dimensions are expected to be within the following thresholds:
- Minimum Dimensions: 6 x 4 x 1 (inches, L,W,H)
- Maximum Dimensions: Individual dimensions have to be under 60 inches, with service specific limitations as detailed below:
