techSHIP Support

When onboarding/adding a new Shipedge portal the following information needs to be provided and verified:

- Shipedge Integration URL

- Shipedge Warehouse

- Shipedge Username

- Shipedge Account Id

- Shipedge Account Key (API key)

WARNING: Shipedge has a limitation related to marking orders as Shipped. These can be marked as such only once, and not be updated back again. If the state of the order is set to Shipped, any attempt of updating it back will result in the "Error updating order:Invalid order status" Shipedge API error message.

ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS (OPTIONAL) 

- Wms Trace (enable for Support/Tracing/Testing purposes)

- Flex Field Mappings: Allows to bind custom fields additional to the standard plugin bindings
