When onboarding/adding a new LSO account the following information needs to be provided and verified:



TO BE PROVIDED


- LSO Username and Password (Carrier Portal)

- LSO Account number

- Induction Address


TO BE VERIFIED


1. That the Account Number has been provided by a LSO representative.

2. That the Username and Password log into the LSO customer portal.


WARNING: Any missing or non-validated, incorrect setup or information will delay the setup process.
