You can enable Packing Slips usage for each billing/carrier account of your Clients.
techSHIP supports using Default (Techdinamics preset) packing slips, but also allows to choose alternatives.
This article describes how to configure a packing slip that allows you to include a Company Logo as part of the elements in it.
To do so:
1. Access Clients under the Maintenance dropdown
2. Choose the Client related to the case
3. Edit the billing/carrier account for which you wish to enable packing slips
4. Check the Include packing slips option
5. Select the option that applies better to your case from the Packing Slip Type dropdown
- Standard with Logo: Includes basic information plus logo
- Standard with Logo and Ship From: Includes basic information plus logo, but at the bottom, freeing space on the top left corner for Ship From information wh
6. Open the Packing Slips Config tab
7. Press Choose File and select the logo file, noting that the:
- Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, png
- Maximum suggested size: 180x300 pixels
You may also include any other detail, such as notes, etc.
8. Press Save to apply the changes
