A tracking synchronization error occurs when techTRACK is unable to correctly monitor or record a shipment’s status. For each tracking record, you can review its latest monitoring result, including any exception (error) details if present. This information helps you diagnose and troubleshoot issues.

To view last tracking synchronization error details:


1. Open the tracking details for the desired shipment.

2. Review the last monitoring status information:

  • Monitoring Enabled: Indicates whether the monitoring process is currently tracking the shipment.
  • Last Monitoring Status: Indicates the result of the last execution of the tracking monitor.
  • Last Monitoring Date: Indicates when the last tracking monitor execution occurred.
  • Next Monitoring Date: Indicates when the tracking monitor is scheduled for execution.
  • Last Monitoring Exception: Displays the last tracking monitor execution error details, if any.
