II. COMPONENTS



Key components:



A. Embedded Filters: Filter by Portal, Client, Carrier, Service, Date Range, or a combination.


B. Summary: A high-level overview that includes the following:

  • Labels Generated: Package trackers created.
  • On-Time Deliveries: Packages delivered on or before the expected date.
  • Exceptions: Packages with a delayed, exception, or returned status.


C. Shipment Metrics: A collection of detailed performance charts. This section visualizes:

  • Exception Tracking Status: Packages grouped by status like Delayed or Returned.
  • In Transit Activity: Average time from induction to delivery.
  • On Time Delivery: Count/percentage delivered by the expected date.
  • On Time Induction: Count/percentage inducted by the expected date.
  • Delayed Packages: Count/percentage delivered late.
  • Returned Packages: Count/percentage returned to sender.


Many charts are also segmented by Client.
