A. Embedded Filters: Filter by Portal, Client, Carrier, Service, Date Range, or a combination.
B. Summary: A high-level overview that includes the following:
- Labels Generated: Package trackers created.
- On-Time Deliveries: Packages delivered on or before the expected date.
- Exceptions: Packages with a delayed, exception, or returned status.
C. Shipment Metrics: A collection of detailed performance charts. This section visualizes:
- Exception Tracking Status: Packages grouped by status like Delayed or Returned.
- In Transit Activity: Average time from induction to delivery.
- On Time Delivery: Count/percentage delivered by the expected date.
- On Time Induction: Count/percentage inducted by the expected date.
- Delayed Packages: Count/percentage delivered late.
- Returned Packages: Count/percentage returned to sender.
