When onboarding/adding a new Point2Point account the following information needs to be provided and verified:

  • UsernameYour Point2Point portal username.
  • API keyYour API key, as provided provided to you by Point2Point.
  • Customer Identifier: Allows you to allocate the parcel to a child customer account.

Ensure that all the above listed parameters have been provided by a Point2Point representative.
