When onboarding/adding a new Yodel account the following information needs to be provided and verified:

  • User ID
  • User Password
  • Account ID
  • Pick up open time
  • Induction Address


TO BE VERIFIED


That the User ID, User Password, and Account ID has been provided by a Yodel representative.


WARNINGWhen requesting Yodel tracking APIs for use with techTRACK, confirm for both Test and Production whether the APIs provided are for a single Yodel account (Tracking) or multiple Yodel accounts (Tracking-Events):

Currently, when shipping using multiple Yodel accounts, the Tracking-Events API would be required and tracking functionality in techTRACK is not supported at this time.
