The Late Delivery dashboard (also known as the Late Induction dashboard) focuses on the "pre-transit" phase of logistics, specifically measuring the time gap between when a shipping label is created and when the carrier scans the package (induction). This tool helps warehouses identify operations bottlenecks and skipped pickups.
This article explains the data visualizations and metrics available within the Late Delivery dashboard.
NOTE: For a list of available dashboards and instructions to access them, see Insights Dashboards Master List [Guides List].To learn how to filter, view details and export data from this dashboard, refer to: How to Use the Insights Dashboards [Guide].

I. PURPOSE
Use this dashboard to troubleshoot warehouse hand-offs and carrier pickups by:
Monitoring the volume of shipments created yesterday that have not yet been scanned.
Identifying specific packages that have been sitting without a carrier scan for over 24 hours.
Analyzing the time distribution for shipments moving from "Created" to "Inducted" over the last 7 days.
The table below summarizes its key aspects:
DELIVERY PERFORMANCE | |
| PRIMARY FOCUS | Monitoring the time lag between label creation and carrier induction scan. |
| BST FOR | Identifying overlooked packages in the warehouse or missed carrier pickups. |

II. COMPONENTS
Key components:

A. Embedded Filters: Filter by Portal, Carrier, Client, or a combination.
B. Yesterday's Overview: A "health check" looking specifically at labels generated the previous day:
- Percent of Shipments Not Inducted: The ratio of yesterday's non-inducted shipments compared to the total shipments created yesterday.
- Number of Shipments Not Inducted: The total count of shipments created yesterday that still do not have an induction scan.
C. Days to Induction: A bar chart visualizing induction speed over the last 7 days.
D. Late Induction Over 24 hr: A detailed table listing specific shipments created more than 24 hours ago that have not yet been scanned by the carrier, including the number of days pending and tracking information.
