Understanding Data Export Behavior

The export functionality actively obeys your applied filters and searches, ensuring you only pull the relevant data you need. However, you are required to explicitly select the specific rows you want to export using the on-screen checkboxes. The Export action button will remain disabled until at least one record is actively selected.

The generated CSV file will contain all currently visible columns for your selected rows, securely preserving the exact format of identifiers like the Return Tracking #.
