Adding a Baseline Account

Follow the UI Navigation steps in How to Add a Carrier Baseline Account [Step-by-Step guide], using the carrier-specific values provided in this guide.

Carrier Tab

The Carrier tab contains the Baseline Account fields used to identify the carrier connection and define confirmed carrier-specific behavior. Highlighted fields indicate mandatory and optional configuration groups.

Username: Enter the API username provided for the Asendia USA account. Used with Password, API key, and API data source to authenticate the carrier connection.

Password: Enter the API password provided for the Asendia USA account. Used with Username, API key, and API data source to authenticate the carrier connection.

API key: Enter the API key provided for the Asendia USA account. Used with the account credentials in carrier requests.

API data source: Enter the API data source value assigned to the Asendia USA account. Used with the API credentials for carrier requests.

Processing location: Enter the processing location assigned to the Asendia USA account. Used by the carrier connection when processing shipments.

Sender company: Enter the sender company used for the Baseline Account Sender Address. This sender information is used when the Client (Billing) Account does not override the sender address.

Address 1: Enter the primary sender street address for the Baseline Account Sender Address.

Address 2 and Address 3: Enter additional sender address lines when the Sender Address requires them.

City and Zip: Enter the sender city and postal code for the Baseline Account Sender Address.

State/province and Country: Enter the sender state/province and country for the Baseline Account Sender Address.

Email and Phone: Enter the sender contact email and phone used with the Baseline Account Sender Address.

Labels Tab

Set Mode to ZPL, PDF, or PNG.

Click Save before continuing so the configured settings are applied.
