When processing you might come across the "Invalid Expedition date. id must be between 100 000 000 and 999 999 999 : ..." error.

This error occurs when there is not a Ship Date assigned to the Order/Batch. Some carriers require this information.

To solve this, you will have to:

  1. Access the Orders/batch screen for the order that applies to the case through any of the possible menus (after importing the order, searching on Batches screen, etc)

  2. Select a date on the "Ship Date" field

  3. Press Save to commit the changes


After doing so, you will be able to process the order if the rest of the information is correct.
