When importing an order, you might come across the “Missing Client” error.
This could relate to two issues:
- You have a Client created in techShip but the Client Code of the order you’re trying to import doesn’t match with it; if such is the case, follow this guide
- You are trying to import an order for a client that hasn’t been created in techShip yet; if such is the case, follow the instructions in How to create a Client profile instead of this article

To solve this issue:
- Access Clients under the Maintenance dropdown
- Click on the Client related to the error
- Correct the value in the Code field with the value that corresponds to the Client in your WMS
- Press Save to commit the changes
Once done, you’ll be able to import correctly if your orders’ information is complete.
