When importing an order, you might come across the “Hard 120307 - Missing or Invalid Ship From, Address or Postal code” error.
This could relate to two issues:
- The carrier through which you’re trying to process the order is missing the Address or Postal Code
- The carrier through which you’re trying to process the order has been set up with an invalid Address or Postal Code
To solve this issue, values have to be set up at Carrier level; contact support requesting to do so and providing your:
- Portal
- Conflictive batch/order number
- Carrier related to the issue
