When importing orders you might come across the "Error: Order (number), reference (number) belongs to facility #, but you can import only orders from facility linked to your portal" error message.
This issue is related to either an order information issue or a portal misconfiguration. The scenarios and solutions are the following:
A) The order you're trying to import has been assigned to a different warehouse for which techShip has been set up for.
If such is the case, solve the issue by editing the order in your WMS and reassign the warehouse to the correct one.
B) Your portal is misconfigured, linked to a warehouse number or ID which is not the correct one.
If such is the case, contact techShip support and report the issue specifying:
- Which Portal is having the issue
- Facility number or ID to be used
