When processing orders, you might come across the "Authentication 250006 - The maximum number of user access attempts was exceeded" error.

This error is shown when the UPS account password does not match the one provided upon account setup (it was reset or changed), and you exceeded the amount of retries trying to operate with a wrong password.


1) Provide the new password to Techdinamics' staff reaching support@techship.io for update and reprocess upon confirmation of the change.

2) Reach UPS to unlock your account.
