When onboarding/adding a new UPS Freight account the following information needs to be provided and verified:


TO BE PROVIDED


- UPS.com Username

- UPS.com Password

- UPS Account Access Key (if you don't have it, follow the steps here to get it: How to get a UPS account Access Key [Step-by-Step guide])

- UPS Account Number

- Induction Address

- Pickup Open/Close/Ready time (Preferably)


TO BE VERIFIED


1) The Username and Password log in athttps://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit?loc=en_CA 


2) The UPS.com User should have permissions to see the Payment Options section


How to troubleshoot this? - Extend permissions for that username (a UPS representative's help might be needed)


3) The account must be added as a Payment Method
