When processing orders you might come across the "An error has ocurred. The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply" error.

This error is shown when the connection between techSHIP and the WMS fails because either:

  • The WMS API endpoints are down and techSHIP cannot connect to them; if this is the case, reach your WMS provider to inquire the reason for the endpoints being down

  • The WMS connection URL has changed; if this is the case, please provide the new URL to techSHIP Support in order to make the necessary adjustments on your techSHIP portal
