When processing ShipEzee orders you might run across the "SHIPEZEE - failed to generate label:
Validation Errors: Unable to route the shipment! Failed to void label:
Failed to void shipment. Status code: Request has incomplete content" error:
This error happens when the ShipEzee account has partial delivery coverage (instead of full countrywide coverage) and the shipment is outside of the delivery area.
Given that ShipEzee will not service this order, the solution is to import it through a different Carrier as indicated in 01 - Importing orders and processing them - [Step-by-step guide] if you process through the Web Client, or change the carrier in the WMS and reimport if you're using Desktop Client.
