When processing orders you might come across the "Service code is required. Please specify service code on order or batch level" error.

This error is shown when the order does not have a Service Code assigned, or the Service Code coming from the WMS/File has not been mapped properly.

To do so:

1. Find the order through any of the possible ways (after Import Orders, Batches, Order History, etc) as it applies to the case

2. Select a Service Code from the dropdown, which will apply to all the orders on the batch

3. Press Save to apply the changes

If the rest of the information in the order is correct, you will be able to process it.
